Application

 

In the construction of overhead lines,the ratchet is used as a tightener.When in use, loosen the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire on the wire tensioner, fix it on the cross arm,clamp the wire with wire clamp,and then pull the special wrench.
Due to the anti reversal effect of the pawl,gradually wind the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire on the ratchet drum to tighten the wire.Fix the tightened conductor on the insulator.Then loosen the pawl first to loosen the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire,then loosen the wire clamp,and finally wind the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire on the drum of the ratchet wheel.
